Gun Manufacturers:
Gun manufacturers around the world like Beretta and Colt play a critical part in the gun control debate as they are the ones that make a living from distribution firearms as their job. As time progressed though, gun manufacturers started to change.
A large amount of gun companies are starting to either expand or move to new states for their business (Wintersteen para. 2). States like California or New Jersey are known for having strict gun laws and gun manufacturers want to ensure that they do not branch their company over there (Hartvigsen 1). Companies require buyers for them to thrive which cannot happen if their main good is restricted. Compared to the NRA or Parents Against Gun Violence who take a moral stance on gun control, gun manufacturers must take on a financial stance. |
